Job Description

  • 20 Non-Residential Colleges organized into 3-4 clusters (1000 students)
  • 5 Strategic Partner Colleges (200-300 students) for SkillPlus-R
  • Mobilization team of 4 employees
  • Training team of 13 employees
  • 70% Placement of graduated students
  • Division will have office in supportive college’s premises

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Business head with focus on numbers mini 1000+ graduation
  • To grow relationships up to 20+ Colleges
  • Should ensure 70% Placement
  • Residential admission (Defined target)
  • Budgeting & Revenue collection (Fees)
  • Monitoring and reporting -Operation matrix
  • Resource allocation (Trainers, Mobilization, Placement, Supports team)
  • Exploring Local employment opportunity
  • Identifying Lab for practical and ICT training with sustainable and affordable mode
  • Building rapport with local Govt. & Non Govt. officials
  • Pre Engagement classes with Chanel colleges to ensure the MOUs timeline.
