Job Position:MEDP Officer

Experience: 1 – 2 Years of relevant work experience

Joining: Immediate

Education: Graduation in any discipline

Remuneration: INR.15, 000 / Month

Note: This position is purely contractual for one year, will be extended based on the project need and candidate performance

Desired Skill Sets:

  • Experience working with micro entrepreneurs for mobilization, networking
  • Experience working women Self-help groups – credit linkage, marketing, etc.
  • Ability to facilitate networking for market connect of entrepreneurs.
  • Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entrepreneurs mobilization and selection.
  • Organize Skill training and workshops.
  • Conduct orientation to women entrepreneurs.
  • Maintain close ties women SHGs members and government officials.
  • Ensure the timely completion of critical goals and milestones through the effective allocation of available resources.
  • Maintain database of the entrepreneurs in excel offline and online.
  • Attends to any other tasks assigned by the Program manager from time to time as per the needs of the program and Organization.
  • Create collective groups of women entrepreneurs.
  • Prepare program PPT and monthly / weekly reports.
  • Submit monthly progress report
  • Connect to market linkage.
