Job Description

  • Placement Officer is required to provide career counselling to the candidates.
  • Placement Officer needs to look for job opportunities for candidates.
  • Conducting orientation to Residential & skill Plus program fellows on placement process & policy
  • Need to travel to metricity’s to connect with potential employer for fellow’s placement
  • Needs to review candidates’ resume in order to know about their educational qualification, work experience and other skills.
  • Job Placement Officer is required to understand the candidates’ interest and requirement before seeking a job for him.
  • Job Placement Officer is required to prepare the candidates for interviews.
  • Generating Local & MNC company lead 
  • Conducting walk-ins @Campus & colleges
  • Exploring partnership with Company 
  • Getting employer Feedback & testimony
  • Getting company’s recruitment requirement from company in advance
  • Job Placement Officer needs to keep in touch with clients from different organizations in order to stay updated with the new job vacancies that come up.
  • The Job Placement Officer may also provide suggestions on how to maintain a good position and grow further within the organization.
  • To correspond to prospective companies for interview date and schedule of events.
  • To arrange for interview facilities at the campus and written test halls.To receive the personnel and provide necessary inputs about the college and to coordinate placement coordinator for smooth functioning at various locations (interview halls, written test halls, canteen etc.).
  • MIS & QMS process following 
  • Documentation (Employer Details, JD, Training material, offer letter/Email confirmation)
  • Monthly wealth created & conducting placement Event
