  • Commendable hold on English language and communication
  • Profound knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, advanced MS Excel, other MS office Tools and internet applications
  • Ability to train fellows through activity based and experiential learning methods
  • Classroom Management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and basic computing skills
  • Flexibility to travel based on program need
  • Deep commitment towards training and self-up gradation
  • Ability to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and conditions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to conduct the SkillPlus skill training at assigned colleges of a SkillPlus cluster
  • If any experience in Reasoning and Aptitude in previous organization (added advantage)
  • Experience in teaching of Reasoning and Aptitude in any coaching Centre (added advantage)
  • Passion for learning the Reasoning and aptitude
  • Knowing minimum of 10 to 15 topics of Reasoning and Aptitude
  • Calculation should be fast
  • Knowledge of Shortcuts
  • Patience for clearing the doubts.
  • Innovation of creating the activities related to Reasoning and aptitude
  • Above all the convincing the students with Realistic example
  • Responsible for the desired outcome (enhancement in employability and placement) of the SkillPlus students of one college.
  • Responsible to maintain healthy working relationship with the college principal, placement officer and other staff of the college.
  • Responsible to organize and deliver the SkillPlus prescribed English Communication Skills and Life skills course for making the students industry ready
  • Conducting periodic tests and review and analysis of performance by Students
  • Providing individual feedback and mentorship to students
  • Timely reporting back on progress of the training to the SkillPlus program monitoring team.

Allied Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with college management and faculties in scheduling the program activities
  • Conduct learning based fun activities and games to make the learning joyful
  • Building and maintaining a good rapport with graduate college principles and faculties
  • Sending daily, weekly & monthly reports to the respective reporting manager
