• Engaging class for Grade-1 and Grade-2 classes
• Collecting daily attendance
• Preparing next day plan and lessons plans
• Maintaining the required documents
• Conducting the assessments
• Fees collection
• Sending reports daily / weekly / monthly

• Maintaining the students improvements track records
• Updating required data to mobile app
• Attending the TOT and team meeting when it requires
• Counseling the students
• Home visits for building good relation with parents and conducting parents meeting
• Assisting on DET interventions in the villages
• Participating national festivals in respective work place with preparations of students
