" I am very glad to share and express my feelings, the journey in DET. When I was in degree final I thought next what can I do, which way I have to select, If I select any way that should be useful in my life long and as well as that is an example for others I thought likewise. Then I was in college Sriveni Ma'am and Veeresh Pani Sir has given orientation in my college. On the time I decided to go to Deshpande Educational Trust.
When I joined in the campus every day I have learnt many things. After completion of orientations and dividing the Cohorts I felt happy. I am very happy because I have a dream to learn with activities and practical learning and I got a good friend in DET. In DET I started my learning's first with typing. Daily I used to spend my 2 hours typing. Now I am getting good typing speed. And I am very lucky to have good trainers. I never thought a middle class boy can work for Google, (Working in Wipro (Client Google)

" I am very happy to share my feelings after achieving a job! Before joining this training program I did not know how to organize myself. I was afraid to speak to speak in english when everyone had started their bit of practice. With the trainers help, I discussed my problem and since then I was following their plan to reduce and eliminate fear as I am a telugu medium student. The situation was tough but I decided to speak this English language. I did practice and I am able to speak well now. The different modules made me learn skills like punctuality, patience, leader’s quality, team building and importantly organizing. These are very beneficial at work place. I have learnt accounts but did not know its application in reality. By using the information and communication technology am able enough to work on accounts practically along with other applications of computer. This has given me a lot of knowledge. My trainers have been very supportive and guided me well. The other activities help me to find how social service is important. Thanks to lead activities. I am glad that I joind DET and utilised my time properly. "

" I am srikanth from Medak. I am very happy to share my feelings. Before DET, I was totally different because I didn't have proper planning, time punctuality. I didn't know how to communicate with others, mainly communication and what is the time value. I didn't have patience also and how to do smart work, focus, leadership qualities and I didn't know how to speak in English but after joining DET I have changed totally my life. First when I joined in DET that day all members spoke in English at that movement I feared because I'm from Telugu medium back ground but I have decided to learn English to improve myself. I am very happy because in DET I have learned so many things mainly communication now I am speaking in English and subject purpose. "

" I was one among the crowd until I found about Deshpande Koutilya Fellowship. I was hesitant to initially as I did not get proper guidance on the way of leading my career. Though I hold a master’s degree I was lacking worth. Worth which will earn name to me was not there. I joined DET and I thought this will change me as my medium was telugu language. I started putting efforts and followed my trainers and gradually improved hands on communication, technology and the essentially accounting tools. This has changed my career now. " I am very happy to share my DET journey with all of you, To tell you about my past and how I was. When I was pursuing graduation, I had only theoretical knowledge and I didn't have any goal. I don't know how to make decisions and speak the English language. I came here to learn communication skills and computer skills. But here I learned so many things, not only communication skills and computer skills. I learned time management, goal setting, and decision-making skills. These two things are very important in our life. I learned teamwork and how to understand and respond to others. The training gave me the confidence to make a beautiful difference in my life, to be humble, polite and disciplined, patience, ambitious and courageous. . Now I have a specific goal. Before DET I’m like a simple stone. But DET made me a diamond. I came here with a theoretical mindset. But now I’m going with a lot of courage and happiness to achieve my dream in my life. Lastly, I got good friends and a lot of affection. Actually DET journey is an unforgettable moment in my life. I thank my parents for sending me to Deshpande skilling, I also thank all the DET staff members of all the departments and Program Manager for their dedicated commitment in training and taking care of us from starting to end of the training.
