Job Position: Field Facilitator

Qualification: Any graduation or diploma in any stream, preferably in Agri Science

Salary: 12k-15k per month

Joining: Immediate

Required Experience: 0 – 2 Years of relevant work experience

• Conduct agricultural fieldwork in the mandals of Jakranpally, Aloor, and Armoor.
• Perform various agricultural tasks such as sowing, planting, harvesting, and soil testing.
• Provide support to farmers in implementing agricultural best practices and techniques.
• Collect and record data related to crop growth, pest control, irrigation, and other relevant parameters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of farmer details, crop yields, and other relevant information.

• Update field activities, progress, and challenges to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Ensure punctuality, honesty, and accountability in all assigned tasks.
• Utilize basic MS Office applications for data entry, report generation, and record keeping.
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive farmer data records and databases.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the manager related to fieldwork or administrative duties.

• Graduation or diploma in any stream, preferably in Agri Science (B.Sc. Agri, Diploma) or a related field.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Ability to handle various agricultural tasks with efficiency and care.
• Strong time management skills and punctuality in adhering to schedules.
• Demonstrates accountability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications for data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the agricultural practices and techniques relevant to the region is desirable.
