Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
    • Conduct onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation and training..
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
    • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment.
  3. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and industry trends.
