Job Position: Senior Civil Engineer

Required Experience: 6 to 8 years of proven work experience.

Reporting to: Site Civil Engineer, Kakatiya Sandbox

Remuneration: As per industry standards

Qualification: Diploma/Graduation in Civil Engineering.

Site Location: Bardipur, Nizamabad, Telangana

Joining: Immediate

• Assist with the understanding and preparation of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans for projects using engineering and design software and equipment .
• Read and execute structural drawings with high accuracy
• Carry out technical + feasibility studies, on-site investigations, and draw up blueprints that satisfy specifications
• Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders for updates recommend new approaches and ideas that continuously improve
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgments capabilities

• Recording the man power available, and materials available at the site and raising indent/request for material required in coming days to avoid delays.
• Monitor progress, manage budget and compile project reports regularly Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc. and deliver technical files with related documentation as required
• Ability to work independently and also under stipulated timelines
• Takes responsibilities for their own work and produce high-quality technical output
• Efficiency, services, and resolve emerging problems(s) drawing the ongoing construction Document all site activities, work schedules, procurement of incoming and outgoing construction materials on a daily basis

• Good knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
• Project management and supervision skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi
