- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

- Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and industry trends.
- Performance Management:
- Provide support to managers in conducting performance reviews quarterly. Feedback and reviews..
