Introduction

These two skill development programs are designed to bridge the education-employment skill gap through demand-driven, industry-specific programs. This enables to transform unemployed rural youth into skilled intrapreneurs, possessing relevant skills for evolving job roles. The rural youth is trained in real-world scenarios and given hands-on experience in their chosen fields.

Our recent focus has been on better content, scaling, and sustainability with quality. Implementation of an AI tool for assessing student employability has allowed for calibrating the intervention and career counseling for students. Our residential facility is also being utilized as an R&D center. With program trainers moving to colleges in tier II/III towns, the opportunity to scale-up is bigger than ever before.
